The property

OC Spektrum, Čestlice — a working retail park: entrances, a playground, café terraces and parking bays that customers walk past every day.

What we did

Old surface stripped, geotextile laid. Gravel beds spread and levelled by hand. Ornamental grasses and perennials planted, edges finished against paving and lawn.

Working around the public

Beds sit between live parking bays, so the work went in sections: cordon, deliver, plant, clear the same day. The centre stayed open throughout.
